Contracted Group Block
Room Types & Rates
Exclusive group rates have been negotiated for BOW Collective Annual Conference 2027 attendees (February 24 – 28, 2027). All rates are per room, per night, in US dollars, and are exclusive of taxes and mandatory charges.
Fairmont Room
Elegant guestroom with refined island décor, premium bedding, and stunning resort or garden views.
Deluxe Room
All the elegance of a Fairmont Room plus guaranteed ocean or harbour views. Breathe in the sea air from your private balcony and soak up the scenery.
Rates are per room, per night. Subject to availability within the contracted group block. Rates do not include taxes, gratuities, or the Resort Experience Fee.

Additional Charges & Disclosures
The following mandatory charges apply to all guests in addition to the nightly room rate. Please review carefully before submitting your reservation request.
Resort Experience Fee
$15.00 + 11.75% tax · per person · per day
Mandatory for all guests over age 12. Retained by the hotel and not distributed as gratuity.
Children 12 and under exempt from Resort Experience Fee.
Mandatory Room Gratuity
A mandatory service charge per person, per night, distributed to Bellman, Room Attendants, and Beach/Pool staff. Does not include Food & Beverage gratuity.

Additional Occupants
A third adult sharing incurs an additional nightly charge plus daily gratuities and Resort Experience Fee.
Children 18 & under sharing parents' room: complimentary (subject to gratuities & Resort Fee)
Children 12 & under: no Resort Experience Fee
Maximum occupancy: 4 persons per room

Cancellation Policy
We will accept cancellation of individual reservations made up to 21 days before arrival and refund the deposit for those rooms for the full night’s stay.
Credit Card Requirement
Please note, a valid credit card must be provided at least 30 days before arrival in order to guarantee your room reservation.
Accessible Room Requests
Please advise us of any accessible room requirements as early as possible so we may endeavour to fulfill your specific needs. If accessible rooms are unavailable during your program dates, we will include your request on a waiting list. Indicate your requirements in Step 3 of the booking form.
